These people are not honest or dependable. Quite the opposite. They did work on my car that I did not approve of beforehand. Then they lied about it. Do not waste your time or money.
This place came recommended and they didn’t disappoint. Took my aging car here for an issue. They did their best to fix the issue without costing us a fortune. It’s hard to find somewhere that doesn’t take advantage. Thankful to have found this place! Matthew was very transparent and helpful.
I recently bought a 2011 grand marquis and I brought in to get it inspected. I was so glad I found Claflin, they were so nice and honest and didn’t try to upsell me anything I didnt need. Claflin is a very trustworthy mechanic shop (hard to find these days) and I will bring my car there for all my future needs. They have definitely earned my business and this great review. 10 stars!
