“Alex Bowers” did a terrible job on my pool. Would give zero stars if I could. The guy needs to be fired
I had a leak in my spa to the surrounding cement in two places. They did pressure testing and multiple tests over time with plugging jets etc. Jason Kidd was the project manager and he kept on it and was persistent. He would always answer texts or calls promptly. I would highly recommend Claffey pools and would use them again. Again a special thanks to Jason Kidd for never giving up, but offering the next solution. He was patient, kind an knowledgable
Jeremy did a great job cleaning our filter, in spite of the miserable humidity and heat, Thank you Jeremy.
I have had trouble with Claffey repair department since we built our house. I can’t talk to a real person. No one calls me back. Also the maintenance contract has been spotty and not thorough.
The service techs are the best, really know their stuff and do a great work. Whit & Jim fixed multiple pools at different properties for me with great care, very responsive and communication is awesome. Thanks fellas 🙌🏼
