Email won't honor the unsubscribe request. They also won't stop using AI-generated imagery for their email blasts, which is awful and environmentally damaging; this is especially annoying to see when their site ignores my unsubscribe request every time. On top of that... there's no excuse when so many veterinary staff have cute pets, just use a nice photo of one of theirs????

They are very good with animals. Both my dogs,I have taken there are very special and the.y treat them as such.
My dog was scratching her ear to the point it was bleeding. Called them and they were booking 2 weeks out but once i explained what was going on they said they could work her in if i wanted to drop her off. Got there about 15 min later. They took her back and said to wait, dr was able to look at her now. They didnt just culture the one ear, they tested both and found yeast infection in both ears. They flushed both ears and medicated them and explained what i should do moving forward. Trimmed her nails too. I always feel conf... read more
