Mike came to check my HVAC System because it was not working properly on a very hot day. He is an excellent communicator, knowledgeable, and easy to work with! Called Mike on Sunday as we were experiencing a sever water leak out of our furnace. I wasn't expecting an answer but he got back to us immediately! Mike was able to come out first thing the following morning to take a look at the system. He was able to get everything cleared up and running good as new. He was helpful, trustworthy and reasonably priced! We will 100% be calling Mike back if we have any future issues with our HVAC system. Forget the big companies, Mike with Clackamas County Home Comfort is the way to go!

We met Mike through the recommendation of a friend. Mike was kind enough to inspect the HVAC of our house before we bought it. He noted that both the furnace and AC compressor were at the end of their lives and waived the inspection if we promised to have him come out in a few years when it was time to replace them. I submitted an online request for quote estimate in the evening and Mike responded same day. He came out for walk through and to discuss options the very next day. I trusted him where I cancelled the other two quote/estimates (one company could not come out for an estimate until 2 weeks later). I also like supporting smaller/local businesses and you also tend to get more time and attention than if you go with the larger companies. Mike from Clackamas County Home Comfort came out to our house on short notice....on a SUNDAY just before the last heat wave and saved the day!! Quickly diagnosed the problem with our A/C and fixed it in short order! He is a life saver!! Super nice guy, fair prices and excellent customer service! I can't say enough how happy we are with Clackamas County Home Comfort!!! He's my go to guy from here on out for all things HVAC!!
