Roger did an excellent AC replacement in my home. Within 24hrs of placing a call, we had the unit replaced, up an running. Great communication along the way with all the questions we had. They helped us get affordable financing, not to mention his price was great and better than the rest. I have some background in HVAC and refrigeration from many years ago, so I can say with certainty that these guys did quality work. They were punctual, polite, professional, and masters of their craft. I will highly recommend them to anyone
Got an AC unit put in almost 2 years ago. They do not even try to hide the fact that they don’t wanna come out and help you with any maintenance after they sell you an expensive unit. Take your business elsewhere. His phone goes straight to voicemail and is full so you cannot get a hold of him unless it’s through text, and he will not respond.

They sold us a brand new Carrier unit but after a few months the outside compressor started to sound really loud when the unit was running. I've been calling and texting for 4 weeks now and they never reply to the text messages. In this time I have only received 3 responses by text message first that I was not in Miami and that I could not send to anyone. The last that the whole family and employees had COVID. What a terrible after-sales service.
Talked with Roger and got a really good deal with getting the AC installed during the summer. Reached out to him after 4 months because the drainage got clogged and no response from him ever. Seeing the previous review on here I guess there is a common thread with him.
