The entire process was wonderful. The installers were great very neat and careful. I was very impressed with this Company
The process was simple, we made our choices and the work was done quickly and it looks great.
AWFUL. TERRIBLE. Signed contract in August 2016 and here I am writing in June 2017 and my job is not yet complete. Terrible follow up with months of no contact, missed appointments and no return phone calls. Job was for windows, soffits and gutters - section of gutter blew down 2 weeks after installation, damaging a window, trim and siding. Find someone else - C&L Ward is not worth the headache. I will go out of my way to attend home improvement shows where C&L Ward is a vendor to warn people away from them.
We contracted C & L Ward to re-do the exterior of our home. My husband and I are extremely pleased! Adam, our salesman, was very pleasant and intelligently guided us through product selection. The quality of materials used is second to none! The framework began our work beautifully. The three-generation stonemasons are true artists and we're so respectful and nice! I live in a condo. Recently 3 roofs were redone. Mine was in the middle and they based themselves there. No tarps were used and I had nails, shingles, broken and damaged plants, bushes and grass that died, a deck that was recently painted has gauges taken out from it and a suspicious black mark that requires sanding and repairing. C & L Wards project manager agreed to repair the strange mark but said the rest of the damage would repair itself. We purchased our home in 2005 and had C&L Ward replace a few windows shortly thereafter as the existing vinyl windows were really terrible and the seals had leaked, causing moisture to collect in between the panes of glass and then discoloring like mildew. Contrary to what the info lists on here, cl ward is not a furniture store. Cl ward specializes in roofs, windows, siding, and doors. Lots of high end products and a nice showroom. Come see us today.
