One star is one star too many, well where do you start with this bunch. I was sent to them by my solicitors for an assessment after an accident. The person that assessed me looked like he lived under a bridge, for a professional man his choice of clothing was good, you would expect a retired Orthopedic Surgeon to have a pair of trousers and a shirt (forget the tie), this guy was in an old pair of jeans and a polo t shirt.
