We have used Chris Held several times through the years for tree removals. Chris is a very capable professional. He is dependable, coming when scheduled to come, doing everything as requested in a timely manner, with precision and safety. When the trees have been taken down, he and his crew do an excellent job cleaning up the yard, grinding up and carting away all the branches and trunks, finally blowing and raking up the leaves as well. I called to ask for a quote in June. They came and said they would be back to trim it in July. I have called a few times and no answer. So I'm going to another tree service. I'm not sure how you stay in business when you don't show up!

This company was only supposed to cut branches hanging over my fence in the neighbors yard. My neighbor had them trim but they jumped over my fence and trespassed in my yard and practically cut over half my 70 year old lilac bush to the ground with out my permission I yelled at them but one employee would not get out of my yard. Thry did a lot of damage to my lilac bush. What gave them the right to trespass on to my property. They will be hearing from my lawyer
