Santiago was wonderful! My husband inherited his father’s property, and since we live far away, it was tough to find someone reliable to clean the carpets at a good price when we couldn’t be there in person. really great to work with. had our whole house carpet cleaned. they sent two guys, jerome and frank, and they worked for hours, even cleaned several couches along with the carpets. the manager helped us out with the price because our couches were a unique size, and we really appreciated that. after the cleaning, our basement started to smell pretty bad, kind of like mildew. i let the manager know, and just a few days later, a team came back and re-cleaned the basement carpets for free and with a ton of energy! they really wa... read more
