Absolutely awful experience. This is hands down the worst mechanic shop I’ve ever dealt with. I brought my car in for a simple repair, and it turned into a drawn-out mess. They took forever, gave me zero updates, and when I finally got the car back — the issue wasn’t even fixed. On top of that, they charged me way more than the original quote, with no explanation.
