I bought another used Nautique this month. Chris did a great job servicing my last one, and honestly I had confidence buying another used boat because I know he can take care of it. Sure enough, there was a ballast issue, and an engine misfire. He happened to be working on a Saturday morning, so I dropped it off. He diagnosed the problem quickly before lunch, and ordered a few parts, eliminating any concern of major problems. Chris is awesome! He knows his stuff, works hard, and is fair with pricing. I had him convert the gauges on my Nautique, and he got it done quickly, and for less money than I feared. It's great to see a guy who makes a living by doing his best for his customers. I thought that was a lost art.
