I’m extremely frustrated with this place, and this is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to leave a 1‑star review. I’ve tried giving this car wash multiple chances over the past several months because it’s the only one near my house. The location is great, but everything else is a mess. The machines constantly malfunction. They take your cash, then display “waiting for current wash to be completed” even when no one is in the bay. My husband spent $22 for a $4 car wash and could not get a representative to credit him or even call him back. Don’t waste your money, go somewhere else!!
I went here to use the dog wash, used it twice so my total was 14 dollars. I was charged 50 dollars and never got my money back, no answer when I called. The inside of the tub was very dirty. The dryer did not work well. The soaps were nice and smelled good, but that’s it. Don’t come here, and make sure you read the reviews before you do.
