Disappointing customer service. The kiosk took a $20 bill for a $14 wash and gave no change. After being told to "Pull Forward" the wash just stopped - not one drop of water or soap and the kiosk shut down. Called their number 5 or 6 times and was finally told "the best they could do" was an $18 wash code. When I tried to use the wash code later and it said Insufficient Balance. Called back many times with no answer or call back. CK's lost a regular customer, and judging by the other reviews, they dont care
CKs is great for a quick wash the auto facility is 24/7 the Johnson city wash has an attendant about a $1 less than competitor and car comes out clean thanks CK will you do the free pumpkin this year?
