I had the worst experience ever with ckr in Montgomery Alabama...I don't even know where to start with this place ...I'm the customer tech trying to tell me what he can do when I'm trying to get him to understand it's my car this what I want not what he what want he ain't paying for it.... everything I asked them to do wasn't done got excuses for everything front desk clerk and tech couldn't agree to start off with after dropping my car off they kept it a week to replace one ground work and add a fuse holder 500 bucks I don'... read more
Went in in the morning to see if they could help me install the subwoofers I had and they helped me had me in and out in about 4 hours and everything works to perfection
Took my car the other day, had horrible customer service and then on top of that my driver side window, door locks, and mirrors no longer work because they hooked the stereo up the wrong way. They even forgot to hook back up the air conditioner from where they had disconnected it. I would highly discourage anyone from using them. Their quality has went down hill severely!
Whoever answered the phone was short tempered and rude. I just needed a ball park idea on Prices and it was astronomical. We'll i guess that's a good way to put a prospective customer off...it worked for me and I was gonna spend over a grand but went elsewhere after that encounter
Only went for brackets on 6.5 speakers great customer service, only place that had in stock in town, buck on Jimmy's no one likes the attitude
