I absolutely LOVE CKO kickboxing. I just wish they had a building open closer to me. I can't drive an hour to get there all the time :(
Love CKO!! It has been worth every penny. All of the trainers are AMAZING. Every class is so different which is great. I never dread going to class! I can’t wait to continue with journey at CKO!
You need to try this class ! The instructors are motivating and every class is challenging and exciting! Hitting and kicking the heavy bag is a great stress reliever . The group setting pushes you to keep up and is great for all fitness levels .Highly recommended for all!
