Iam a returning member and after stepping away for a few years Iam back and loving it. It’s the best workout you can pack in 45 min and the stress relief is a huge bonus. Thanks cko Warwick for welcoming me back and making me fell good again.

My first visit to this location was a very positive experience. The instructor was kind, welcoming, and attentive—she made sure I felt supported and comfortable throughout the class. It left a great first impression. Unfortunately, my second visit—recently —was the complete opposite. The instructor was extremely condescending, and the interaction felt hostile from the beginning. Warwick CKO is an amazing place to get a fun, high-energy workout that leaves you feeling stronger every time. The instructors are motivating, the vibe is always positive, and the classes fly by. If you’re looking for a supportive community and a serious sweat, this is the spot!

I really can’t say enough good things about CKO Warwick. It is exactly what you need to feel motivated, active, refreshed —all while being an incredible stress reliever. Sabrina and the team @CKO are great coaches who help you get the most out of your workouts and stay motivated while also helping you tune in to where you’re at in terms of your level of fitness or even where you just are that particular class to make the most of every workout. It is truly a great gym and a really Incredible community. 10/10.

CKO classes are amazing, interactive, and results oriented. This is the only class/regimen that I have managed to stick with. There are many reasons. A few of them are that the classes are rewarding, varied, and the instructors engaging.
