CKO is a great gym with excellent instructors. I'm having a great time getting in shape, and learning various styles from various instructors. The workouts are challenging and can be dialed up and down at your own pace. Great cardio and endurance training. Highly recommended to those that want to achieve their personal goals while at the same time having fun and getting a great mental focus and release.
I have happily attended CKO for over a year. I love the team, the clients and environment! Every class I feel motivated and supported. Each trainer has a different style and class structure so I never get bored and learn something new every time. Would definitely recommend!
