New owner took over a few months back and gym went downhill, fast. Avoid spending hundreds of dollars a month on low quality. Look elsewhere.
I joined this gym over a year ago and can attest to the fact that this is some of the best cardio I’ve ever experienced. Elaina and her staff of instructors provide a structured judgement-free environment for members of all ages and experience. The variety of classes offered and times to choose from make it easy to get it in multiple times per week. The camaraderie amongst fellow members is also an added benefit. I absolutely love coming to CKO Kickboxing! The instructors are amazing—always motivating and making the workouts fun but challenging. The classes are high energy and really keep you engaged. What makes it even better is the atmosphere: everyone here is so friendly and supportive, it truly feels like a family. I’ve never felt more welcomed at a gym! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great workout (get ready to sweat!) and a positive community! 🥊
Typically I’m a gym hater and then I tried CKO. All of the trainers are amazing, friendly, encouraging and actually fun all while educating and supporting you. Now I look forward to my next class even on days when I just don’t want to! If you were ever wondering what it’s all about, take the free trial class, you won’t be sorry!
