If you are looking for a place that is welcoming, a place that challenges you, a place that makes you push yourself to be the best you, CKO is the perfect place for you. I have gained so much energy, confidence and a sense of self again after starting at CKO. I love this place and all it has to offer. The facilities are amazing, the instructors are amazing and you will never get bored.
I've been a member for 3 years now and I remain hooked and continue to evolve! It is the BEST stress reliever and a amazing workout. I love how I come in and leave an hour later, drenched in sweat, worked, and feeling amazing physically and mentally! All of these things keep me coming in at least 4-5 times a week! CKO kickboxing is a great place. Very clean gym and the hour goes by very fast. They are very helpful and sincere with thier customers. The staff really helps you learn and feel comfortable while working out.
