Its hard to write a short review for a place I have such wonderful feelings about. Since I have come here I have lost about 20 lbs and my body fat is the lowest it's ever been. I'm in my early mid 40's and I'm in better shape than ever. It has all the benefits of combat sports training with a zero chance of getting kicked in the knee by a 24 year old. So, I joined for a few months in 2023. When I went in person to cancel, the staff looked me in the eye, told me I was canceled, and said I'd get an email. I trusted them and stopped going. They never sent the email, but they continued to bill me $199/month for over a year (16+ months) after I had left. They can see in their own system that I never swiped in once during that time.
