Love this place!!!! Friendly, intense workouts, heavy bags, Jui Jitsu and weightlifting. You won't be disappointed
It was a great class but this is not for the faint. You have to put the work in. I actually loved it.
This place charged me for services I never received. SCAM fit smart challenge coaches stopped replying & even stopped going to the gym to complete the 16 week challenge. Instead of offering alternatives I’m being charged for the rest of the year with out consent
Unfortunately, I did not get to stay there very long because my doctor didn't approve of this type of exercise due to my 'condition' at the time but needless to say, I had a BLAST! I have worked out at many boot camps and none of them match the energy of this place. Everyone was really friendly and helpful the vibe was very upbeat, they had a fantastic Caribbean music mix and the trainer with the dreads(I'm horrible with names) was yelling and jumping around but its purely to push you to push yourself and it helps!
