I can’t believe how fast 3 months goes by! They had a 3 months package for me which is perfect as I’m traveling. I felt excited, energized, and motivated to keep showing up. Each instructor is knowledgeable and they really love what they do! I am a 30-min workout person, so I take more rest breaks for the hour class. I never felt singled-out or pushed to do more, but encouraged to reach my limit. I’ve been going to CKO for a few years now and it’s amazing! The gym community is very supportive and friendly. Workouts are intense and always different, I’ve had great success here. The trainers are all amazing and get to know you and your strengths and weaknesses to help you improve on your fitness journey!
