The gym closed on January 1st, 2023. I had bought a 3 month membership package on December 12th, 2022. Was not able to get into contact with the owner for the refund. Incredibly poor business practice to let people sign up for long term memberships while presumably knowing you are closing shop in 18 days.
Worst experience at a gym.. not enough classes available not enough space instructors also pretty limited .. the people working here are pretty rude & there’s no key tags for check in- also instructor name rennica. Highly unprofessional. I actually gained weight going to this gym. Need better routines & Get new staff. All you guys care about is money and I can tell
I only have been a member of CKO for two months and it has been an amazing experience for me. The trainers are excellent and very resourceful. It feels like a family all on the same page of being healthier.
