I started going to CKO Myrtle Beach a month ago. I took Muay Thai /Fitness classes before moving here and was looking for something similar. A friend mentioned this place and it was a perfect fit. Kickboxing fitness classes very similar to what I was used to. Its a mixture of cardio, kickboxing, core work, and even some yoga for stretching. That was what i had before and loved it.
