Avoid at All Costs! I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience has pushed me over the edge. My wife canceled our membership at the beginning of August 2025 and even received a cancellation, confirmation email. Despite that, they continued on trying to charge me — and now they’ve sent my information to a debt collector. This is completely unacceptable and feels predatory. I’ve been coming here for three months and it’s been the most consistent amazing place. I’ve worked out at. The staff is incredible, they really work with you to make sure that you’re performing at the level best fit for you. Also, they take their time and it’s a true community here. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to be!
