The teacher and other students were very welcoming, the class was very fun, a thorough workout, and the time flew right by I can not wait to come back more regularly!
Nick's class was amazing. If I could give it more stars I would. So much knowledge and passion.
Kickboxing is my favorite way to get my cardio in. It’s never boring, helps strengthen your core, legs and arms all while making you sweat. So glad I joined CKO 4 years ago, I always look forward to coming to class. Highly recommend!
