My husband and I have been attending the Monday Muay Thai classes at CKO Hollywood for a few months now, and we absolutely love it. I recently signed up at CKO Hollywood for myself and my son, and my first class was a fantastic experience. Sophia was incredibly welcoming and took the time to introduce us to the gym and teach me the fundamentals. The class was fun, energetic, and very satisfying. After class, I met Chris, the owner, and he was genuinely friendly and welcoming. The gym has a great balance of professionalism and a fun, family-oriented atmosphere. Be prepared to re-define your lifestyle in working out. Kickboxing takes you to that level of training. So far, I have been there for over 4 months & during that steady time, I have learned & earned so much. I am grateful to everyone there for how helpful & experienced they are.
