I don’t understand why they charge $10 to borrow gloves for a free class. Why can’t I just borrow them for the class? What do you need $10 for? I’m just using them and giving them back! Ridiculous! Everything is money even when it’s a free class you still have to pay something ridiculous!

Honestly is the only gym where I have felt comfortable and it is also the only gym where I have been able to be consistent and see the results of my goals. The staff really cares about you and they are truly incredible. The coaches genuinely care and help you bring out your best self. I’m so grateful for this amazing community! I started going to POWER 45 and boxing classes at CKO in May 2025 with zero discipline. From day one, the coaches and the whole team made me feel welcome and pushed me to keep going. The environment is so positive and motivating — you truly learn from zero, no matter your fitness level.
Liars... I made a reservation to try a kickboxing class. They texted me up to three times a day, reminding me of my appointment. Oh, and they also reminded me to bring my gloves or I could rent them. When I arrived with my gloves in hand, they welcomed me, I signed the waiver, they showed me the place, and they still told me I could grab any bag I wanted.
