My son has been taking kickboxing for several months as part of the kids boxing program. He loves going to class, which is offered for an hour three days a week (all for an excellent monthly cost)! In addition to learning real, solid boxing techniques, the coaches, coach Marcelo and Chris, spend a great amount of time on mindset and sportsmanship which has overflowed into life outside of the gym. They do a great job balancing work hard + play hard and my son really enjoys his time there and the friendships he’s made.
Luan is a great instructor! The class is so much fun! Get ready to sweat! The whole staff was amazing! Specifically Valentina, so caring, knowledgeable and sweet!
The best gym in Miami
My mom and I love coming to class together! Coach Kendrick is amazing. He always pushes us to do our best, even when we’re tired. We especially love how he incorporates abs and leg workouts into every session. It’s challenging but so worth it
