If I could give this location negative stars I would ! (Read Before Joining) I had a very frustrating experience with CKO Kickboxing Harrison regarding billing and cancellation. I canceled my membership in August and received a confirmation email showing my request was being processed. Despite this, I continued to be charged for several months afterward. Absolutely horrible experience canceling my membership. I spoke to customer service. They told me they didn’t know I cancelled. Charged me anyways based on their new system even though I gave them PROOF I cancelled. They told me dispute my charge with the bank. Then CHARGED me a dispute charge of $95. On top of the money they continued to charge me for THREE months
Update: The response they commented under my review is a LIE! NO ONE EVER asked me to warm up and if they did I would gladly accepted as any normal person would. Instead they publicly singled me out and did not allow me to participate despite having the equipment and ready to follow along with the class. Why would I continue to go to a gym that provides this level of terrible customer service and disrespectful trainers. I'd prefer to just not attend anymore. New Update 3/4: Again all lies with no real solution or customer service. If I don't feel safe or comfortable in the gym on the first day of my month trial, why would I continue to go for another month.
