Wife went into CKO in Hamilton to ask about pricing. We’ve been members of CKO North Brunswick for many years. Moved to Bordentown and thought we’d have similar experience. Nope. Trainer was checking people in, couldn’t provide pricing on the spot. Says they wouldn’t match the monthly price we’ve been paying in North Brunswick. Says “it varies” and he’ll have the owner call us. 7 days later, still no call. I’d rather drive 45mins to North Brunswick CKO than go to this gym. (Different owners, Different experiences)
Rude staff. Inconsistent pricing. Disengaged management/ownership. Locked in contract. Have to mail a letter to their corp office to get out of your membership.
