Best In Class CKO Kickboxing has helped me achieve beyond what I ever thought I could physically. The instructors make you feel as though you are working out with a friend. It is the most caring gym that I have ever been to.
Total Transformation...Totally Rewarding! If you're tired of your typical gym packed with unmovtivated people talking by the machines or feel discouraged by the meat heads hitting the weights, then this is CLUB KO is definitely you're best bet. best workout since high school I had read other positive reviews which is what led me to try it in the first place- and I'm so glad I did. The workout is amazing! You are basically moving non-stop for one hour, and its exhausting, but also so much fun! Reminds me of old gym classes that I always tried to avoid, but always kept me in shape.
You can't beat a Club K O workout!!!!! I'm a member at the Wallington location. Sal and Nora will give you the most insain workout you've ever had!!! As hard as the workout is they have you wanting coming back for more. Its the best stress reliever too. My day is not complete unless I go to class. Its definatly addicting!!!!
Amazing Workout!!! Taking class at the club ko gym is the best work out that you will ever have. I have tried many other gyms before but none of them came close to club Ko. This is the first gym that has helped me to achieve results really fast. Club ko provides such an intense and fun workout that it keeps you coming back for more. You should try club ko gyms, you wont be dissappointed!
