I loved this place to learn kickboxing! Didn't sign up, wish they had timings in the morning.

Owners Debbie and Trina are awesome! They are both lovely people, and great instructors. Love this place, friendly atmosphere, great workout!
I really love this gym. The owners put forward a supportive friendly environment. Right now there is three instructors doing classes, but word has it there maybe more on the way. I find that each instructor their own style so there is a nice variety in the classes.
