Honestly one of the strangest customer service experiences I’ve had. The owner acts incredibly cocky for someone running a shop that feels chaotic and messy. The owner focuses more on attitude than actual customer care. Big kudos to the few employees there, not sure how you do it. Felt talked down to, communication was poor, and professionalism was seriously lacking. Confidence is great — arrogance with mediocre service is not. I won’t be back.
Good reviews. Requested a quote but never got a response. Wanted to bring two of my vehicles for different repairs but no answer. Not a good way to do business.
