My daughter found her dream dress there and the staff was helpful. When we brought the dress home it was left alone until the night of the graduation. One of the straps was twisted when it was stitched back on. The lady who ordered the dress must've made a mistake when ordering as the corset back was gapping at the bottom at least an inch away from her body. Many many good qualities of dresses assorted sizes and colours, very pretty, and nice employees are very helpful

My initial experience selecting a dress at CKLY was satisfactory; however, the issues that followed were deeply disappointing. Once the dress arrived, we scheduled an appointment for a fitting and alteration measurements. On the day of that appointment, I received a call informing me that the dress was not ready and that additional time was needed.
