My initial experience selecting a dress at CKLY was satisfactory; however, the issues that followed were deeply disappointing. Purchased a grad dress end of October 2025. 2 previous purchases…. Years ago though. What a MISTAKE. Dress came in end of April 2026. What a gong show. This place should be shut down. All fake and phony. Don’t trust what you buy. !!! Owner especially …lies on the phone and to your face!!! . Finally got our dress 6 months later after numerous “ it will be in this week”. Very disappointing experience. My daughter found her Grade 8 grad dress here for $699 (before tax), which was already a stretch as a single mom. We made a 4-hour trip into the city for the day because there are no dress shops where we live and ordering online felt too risky. Staying overnight wasn’t an option financially, so this was a big commitment for us. The dress fit perfectly, and we were encouraged to have it hemmed — but no one mentioned the cost at any point.
