They say get an apoointment to get attended. We did but wasnt attended to. There were a whole lot of people during our appointment time. And iit didnt really seem to natter to the staff if u walk in or had an appointment. Dressing rooms were limited. Dress prices start at $500. If you are looking for cheaper options, look elsewhere
Excellent service! Dasha was incredibly kind and professional, and the store has an amazing selection of dresses.
We had a terrible experience at this store. My mom and I went looking for formal dresses and needed two. At first, everything seemed fine, and we ended up finding the dresses. The total for both dresses was $1,500, which was already very expensive, but they were extremely dishonest and misleading about the costs. The next day we came back for simple alterations (just cutting and a small adjustment), and they told us it would be $380 plus tax each—an absurd price that they never mentioned before.
