The owner BILLY DOTY is super rude. They had come to my house in October to see multiple projects. Never gave a quote on either one after spending 2 hrs which I had to cater within work calls. Now in 2021 reconnect and on the day of schedule, tells me to send every detail via email, and been so rude on phone. Didn't let me finish any sentence, made me go to stores to look for material. Why are they in business if they can not provide basic customer service?
My husband and I hired them the summer of 2020 to remodel our master bathroom. My in-laws had used them for a kitchen remodel and we thought they had done a good job with that so we hired them. The job was quoted as taking 6 to 8 days. That was problem number 1 - it took 24 days (and I'm just counting work days here, not days they didn't show or had a preplanned vacation). Saw this company at a home show. Owner and son came to my house to take measurements and pictures. They said that they would get back to me in a few days with a quote. Never heard from them. Called them several times and was told each time that they were real busy that they would call me back within a few days with the quote. Never contacted me back. Called them at least 5 times and got the same story. They were going to redo my cabinets, bathrooms and countertops. Not now. Be very weary of this company. Very unprofessional.
CKL did a beautiful job remodeling my bathroom! They worked around my schedule and completed the job efficiently. The owners were always available to discuss the on-going plans. The workers were friendly and professional.
SO disappointed. We had a kitchen cabinet re-surfacing project that went well. Then, we hired him for a follow up same project for our casita and bathroom. After "completion", he "owed" us 4 hinges that were wrong. We paid in full. He said he would bring them the next week. That was 3 weeks ago. When I call him, he has excuses about how busy he is and how little my job was. One handle on a cabinet was installed crooked. Very disappointed.
