He was contacted about a plugged sewer line in a strip mall affecting multiple units. Arrangements were made for him to be there at 10 AM on Tuesday. He phoned to change that to 12 Noon. By Saturday he still had not shown up at all, did not call to make other arrangements, and when the arranger tried to call him he did not answer his phone. The arranger then got someone else in to do the job. NOT PROFESSIONAL.
