Took the time for them to come into my home to measure, went to the store and picked out what I wanted. It has now been over 6 weeks since I went into the store and picked out what I wanted and I can’t even get a quote or an update. I’ll check in with Donald, be given an excuse or promise of when to expect it, then nothing. By this time, I could potentially have my new kitchen in or at least on the schedule. I do not appreciate my time being wasted.
What a fantastic experience…and really beautiful cabinets. We’re very happy we worked with CKF during our remodel. Dave was absolutely amazing to work with the entire time…helping to plan out our space, choose the right cabinets/features, and continued to be a point of contact to the end. Donald is great. Not sure why others have had some tough experiences, but if you go here, find Donald. He is very thorough from the beginning to the end. The product is also great after install. They were meticulous in their install. One major difference in the quality of the top is the laser cut edges. Most companies are doing this by hand before bringing these on site. CKF has them done by a computer system so they are consistent.
Was cut off this morning on I-35 around 10:50am by van #85 which was driving erratically and performing sharp turns when merging and changing lanes. The driver was more distracted by his phone than driving safely and almost caused an accident!
Sheer incompetence and gross negligence sums up my first experience with CKF or CFK, it does not matter because I will not be recommending them anyways. I am just glad that my is just one toe kick, it would have been a catastrophe if it was a $20,000 kitchen. Communication is poor, logistics is poorer, attention to detail was Almost non existent as they misspelled the street address and even after correction, still no product when they said they delivered it.
