I haven't been there in years and decided to get a coffee there and the experience was really something. I asked the clerk behind the counter if they offered a flat white and he simply stared at me with a confused look and finally said "does that mean knock the white person out?" and punched his open hand. "You know, knock them flat?" I was a bit stunned and said it's a coffee drink, to which he replied, "All the teas we have are over there." I asked do you sell coffee? He said yes. Was a bit difficult to find initially. Place felt cramped. Not a lot of room to move around. Very few outlets to charge your laptop. Customer service could have been better.
