They never pick up phone,. After numerous voicemails i left I got a call back. American Home shield assigned them as contractor. They text a day before they show up to give you a scheduled time the following day however no option to press confirm. The time frame was from 9-12 pm the following day. They canceled me without a phone call the same day of service. They text same day there arrived and did not cone to ring my bell and left to another call. Do NOT use CKC plumbing!!! They tried to scam us! I would give zero stars if I could! The guy came out to look at our water heater and determined it needed to be replaced (we knew it was going to need to be, but it was less than 6 years old so we knew it was still under warranty). This guys tried telling us it was no longer under warranty and we just missed the warranty date by “a month or so”. We ended up finding another plumber who ran our tank information, come to find out our warranty was still good for over a year yet! ... read more
AHS really picks the worst contractors for these jobs. They aren’t even local and gave me attitude when I said I couldn’t wait four days! I had water in my basement. Couldn’t use the toilets, appliances, sinks or showers.. for FOUR DAYS! Told them to cancel the appt so another contractor could take me and they refused. Wanted pics of the water, sent them. No response. Trash ass people and company. BBB should look into them.
Other than our home warranty company not covering emergency repairs on the weekend (not CKC’s fault), they came out first thing Monday morning to fix a pipe that sprung a leak in our basement. Fine job. No issues at all.
They are very unprofessional, they were assigned by American Home Shield, the technician arrived shut off the main valve and said that he is going to get parts and never came back, what plumbing company that don't have plumbing parts in their truck, it has been three days now and no one showed up, I tried calling CKC main office no one answered the phone and couldn't even leave a message, I also contacted AHS. I believe they are scamming people don't use ths company
