Perhaps a good lesson for your employees would be not to tailgate people and gesture obscenely in branded business vehicles. Won’t use this company for hvac work
I would give them no stars. Had my first run in with CKC back in March. After multiple days of them just randomly assigning me a day to come without my consent to that day, back and forth trying to get someone to call me with no calls, the person on the other end of the text told me they couldn’t call me bc they were too busy taking care of personal matters. CKC was assigned through AHS, worst plumber ever, they ruined the problem more and left without calling or providing any updates. Do not hire them and request for someone else through AHS. If I could give 0, I would do that!
We used them before through the home warranty company and thought they were good. This time he was EXTREMELY rude, would not listen to my questions and was treating us like we were idiots! He said that there are no sump pumps available anywhere right now and referenced Harbor Freight. If I could give zero stars I would! The most incompetent guy ever. A plumbing and HVAC technician said he doesn't know how to work the tankless water heater. Couldn't figure out the root cause and did nothing for me even after showing me evidence of the problem. Simple the worst.
