We are now more than 6 months post-signing a contract with CKBR (August 24, 2017) for a bath remodel that they estimated would take 4-6 weeks to complete, and we still do not have a quartz top/sinks for the vanity, lights & mirror installed, faucets & shower heads purchased and installed. And worse, the owner told me personally three weeks ago that there is no reason for this to take more than two weeks to finish, and there has not been a single CKBR worker out since I spoke with him personally. My experience with CKBR has been awful. They have not kept their word from the beginning, and I found out last Friday - six months after we signed the contract with them - that they have no plan nor intention to finish our project “unless we send them more money.” We owe them the last “upon completion” payment of about $2,000, and there is at least $5,000 more work for them to do according to our contract.
