Took my 20-+ year old Jeep to CBK's. There was an abnormal noise coming from the engine for years that other shops just dismissed. Turns out there was shrapnel caught up inside the transmission! When CBKs was done with my Jeep it was smooth as butter! Never sounded better and I haven't had a problem since then! And they are honest and reasonable with their pricing! Wish I could give them 10 stars!!!
We were visiting the area with my daughter that had a brain aneurysm last year. A security guard to our camp said something was dragging under the car. We were leaving the next day so I wanted it checked so we were safe on the ride home. I called right before closing and Kenny said to come first thing in the morning and we did. They looked super busy and he had our car looked at right away. It was a simple fix of two clamps for the engine shield that the jagged rocks on the road hit. Very enjoyable experience they took the time to listen to my concerns and changed my battery within 20 minutes
They fixed my car the right way n found what was wrong with my car while others fixing the wrong part n being costly because of this place my car runs amazing n my check engine light has been off for now 2 months i highly recommend them
