We are experiencing legitimate issues with our Bosch units. One of their reps came on site and overlooked a poor installation per the BOSCH manuals in black and white. They say all the right things on the phone but when I sent an email outlining what happened they blocked me from calling their number. Mr Graves - wow that’s leadership. Avoidance.
