Brought a Nissan Elgrand on line from CK- No problems all ran smoothly. 3 years later we want to sell the van to upgrade but it failed the Safety Certificate due to a seat belt problem. Returned to CK for advice and they fixed the problem,replacing the seat belts FREE of charge. Top service. Great team to deal with.
Very disappointed with the service and communication from CK Imports in Arundel. I took my Toyota Crown GWS204 in for a hybrid battery refurbishing and was told it would be completed in 2–3 days. After hearing nothing for two days, I called to check on the progress-only to be told it would actually take another full week. What a waste of time. They do not respond on FaceBook and their website. I even asked Charles if he could respond nothing. I wonder if this car dealer is legit.
