Very disappointed with the service and communication from CK Imports in Arundel. I took my Toyota Crown GWS204 in for a hybrid battery refurbishing and was told it would be completed in 2–3 days. After hearing nothing for two days, I called to check on the progress-only to be told it would actually take another full week. What a waste of time. They do not respond on FaceBook and their website. I even asked Charles if he could respond nothing. I wonder if this car dealer is legit.
Helped my partner and I out when we weren’t even customers. We’re looking to purchase a vehicle that a seller claimed they imported from this company, and even though it was a Saturday the team still took out call, followed up and informed us of the history they were aware of for the vehicle. Very friendly and supportive even though they didn’t have to be. Thank you guys so much.
