Kudos to Monique and Dr. Patel.Monique made me feel at ease right away, gave me plenty of warm blankets and explained the procedure and why it was needed. Dr. Patel was very welcoming and again explained everything. The only pain I felt was the lidocaine shot. Procedure was successful. Arm just a little sore.
