We used the container while we got our house ready to sell. It was dropped off and picked up as soon as I made arrangements. It was clean, leak free and the doors were easy to work. Great product at a great price with great service. Made a stressful process easier.
Awful secretary! Rude, non professional, zero business sense, manner and class! Ignorance isn't bliss!
The gentleman that did the drop off and pick up was very pleasant to deal with but the reason for the 2 star is due to the rude nature of the secretary that called my wife ABSOLUTELY screaming at her due to a miscommunication on pick up and payment. We do accept we were at fault and would like to apologize BUT there is no reason for the SCREAMING all it does is complicate the underlying issue.
