They were able to get me a fully remanufactured cylinder head when others couldn't, got me out of a bind and the expense of a machine shop for building a new one (old was cracked and unpreparable). They got my fixed up with all the parts I needed at a fair price. Definably will be back when I need something. They even helped me figure out that my cylinder head was the same on my tractor vs a generator, they don't deal with tractors here but were able to verify the engines were identical, that is not always the case but is mo... read more
Not only can I not get the service agreed upon in the contract their customer service is terrible. They have forever lost my business.
