Very Disappointed!! We brought our generator in for service, they are a Kohler Service center. They charged us \$430 to look at the generator, \$120 per hr., this seems high, for a very poorly run department. I would call and everytime they would say, "Im not really sure but I will get right back to you". Right back to you, must be NEVER! I would call again and the same response, this went on for 4 days. They took 4 hrs of time to diagnose the issue, which we later found out they were wrong. They wanted to charge \$3,400 to ... read more
