I was in town for an appointment (I live 2 hours away), and CK Nails was very accommodating for what I was needing. I had to call and reschedule appointment three times (each time, I was extremely apologetic, but my first appointment was delayed also by over an hour). Regardless, Johnathan, Hannah, and Kayla were very thorough with my manicure and pedicures, understanding of my delays, and I felt very welcomed and comfortable as soon as I walked in.
