I am indifferent about this place, first & foremost Lisa & her sister are the BEST people working here, but the specialize in eyebrows . Them folks that do nails, I’m not sure. One time I took my daughter here to get her hands & feet done for her 6th birthday. They painted over her dirty nails & didn’t soak her feet & still charged me full price for this half ass service, which they will do a lot of u don’t speak up, they will half ass your service. I was just here the other day for the very first time and the service I received exceeded my expectations. The lady with the two French braids (I wasn’t exactly sure what her name was) did my nails and was very swift with her work. Though, they weren’t sloppy at all and her service was way better than the salon that I usually go to out in the Aurora/Naperville area. She was also very kind and respectful. My nails look better than they’ve ever been before!!!
It’s my first time here. Got a manicure and pedicure — clean, relaxing, and professional. My hands and feet look and feel great. Highly recommend for any men looking to take care of themselves!
That shop is trash they always have bad attitude
Today was the day I can no longer step foot in Ck Nails . I was disrespected by one of the workers who was working in the front desk all because I asked a question. He called me all out of my name and the manager of the place just sat there and said nothing. I’ve been going there since I was a teenager. Never have I ever dealt with the disrespect that is going on in that place now it shouldn’t be allowed or accepted. I’m definitely going to find out how to resolve this so it doesn’t happen again to someone else.
