(United whole sale cars) Car had cigarette burn marks and was clearly mistreated to start with, plenty of other marks and issues. We couldn't travel to the car due to covid so I did a video call "Inspection". Was told car was in perfect condition, Video didn't truly show properly. Engine failed not long after. Had to replace it. That cost over $18,000.....just insane, would never buy from here again.
We were looking for a family car and needed something reliable, Mark & Brad helped us work through the options, they said they’d look after us & they did, our final decision - a Toyota Kluger - we asked for a great deal and they even came to the party with that too! For peace of mind we went with their extended warranty ( a lot of ppl think they’re not worth the paper they’re printed on but we trust Mark & Brad - advising us its the best Ext.
