Bob is the best! He always shows up for every single little pest issue we have. Living in the county, we always have some creepy crawly or critter that needs to be dealt with and Bob knows exactly how to deal with all of them. We pay for year round service and don't plan on ever stopping. His prices are very reasonable and he's also a super nice guy, so that makes it extra nice to work with him.
Provided an excellent service today, removing a bat from my basement. He not only helped with the bat problem, but also spent time educating me on various ways I can improve my home to prevent future issues. Great work, communicative, easy to talk to, on time, and a wealth of knowledge. Highly recommend!!
If you have cockroaches you want Bob to work for you. When you have cockroaches it is bad before you even knew what was going on. Bob was professional, knowledgable, explained things throughly and was reliable. A guy you can trust to be in your home, to be fair on price and also to do the job well. While other companies were quoting way lower, my husband did the research and asked the right questions. I have now used Bob twice for 2 different nuisances. First time was I had called him about a wasp nest and he was here the next day and dealt with it quickly and efficiently. The second time I called him he was here shortly after I made the initial call. He is professional and very knowledgeable and I will definitely be calling him if needed in the future.
